Privacy notice
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form or the quote request: your name, your email address and phone number if you give them, what you tell us about your project, and - on a quote request - the systems, sizes, finishes and installation timing you select. We also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which is how we tell a real enquiry from an automated one.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to prepare a quotation. That is the only purpose.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored on our own server in Singapore, then sent to us two ways: as a message to the person who handles FORMA enquiries, and as an email to hello@forma.com.sg. It is not passed to any advertising network, data broker or third-party sales platform.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It tells us how the site is used, not who you are, and it is not connected to anything you send through the forms. If your browser blocks it, the site works exactly the same.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are dealing with your project and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us about the same job.
Getting it removed
Email hello@forma.com.sg and ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
Cookies
The forms use one session cookie, which exists so that a half-finished quote request survives you moving between steps and so that the form cannot be submitted by another site on your behalf. It is deleted when you close your browser. Google Analytics sets its own cookies; blocking them does not affect the site.
