Certifications and testing

What has actually been tested, by whom, and when. Every entry below is taken from the face of the document itself. Where a report gives a tested date and no expiry, we say so rather than implying a certification that the paperwork does not state.

Product test reports

  • FORMA146 Minimalist Sliding Door Series Tested to AS 1530.8.1:2018+A1:2024 as part of a five-system glazing test by Intertek (report 260410005SHF-001; tested 23 April 2026, issued 28 May 2026).
  • FORMA146 Minimalist Sliding Door Series Tested to AS 2047-2014 (Amdt 2-2017) by Intertek (report 220627005SHF-002; tested 5 September 2022, issued 23 October 2022).
  • FORMA175 Minimalist Sliding Door Series Tested to EN 14351-1:2006+A2:2016 by TÜV Rheinland Nederland B.V. (Notified Body 0336; laboratory CABR; report 89224935-01; tested 21 August 2024 to 28 August 2024). Result: Pass.
  • Minimalist Hinged Door Tested to AS 1530.8.1:2018+A1:2024 as part of a five-system glazing test by Intertek (report 260410005SHF-001; tested 23 April 2026, issued 28 May 2026).

Testing covers the system named in each report's own scope of work. A test report on one system is not a claim about another, and systems not listed here carry no published test report - not a failed one.

Electric Series

The electric variant of our own sliding systems (FORMA146 Minimalist Sliding Door Series and FORMA175 Minimalist Sliding Door Series) is specified as follows.

  • Rated for 400,000 usage cycles.
  • 10-year warranty on the electric system.
  • Operates at a safe low voltage of 24 V.
  • Six-second pause when an obstruction is detected, with anti-pinch hardware.
  • Can be operated manually in a power failure or other emergency.

These figures describe FORMA's own electric system. They are not a claim about the automated systems of the other brands we carry.
